We achieved 30% year over year and our aggressive expansion continues in the second half of this year. We currently require new team members that will focus on the vital process of business development. We have attracted customers from Fortune 500 companies. We feel confident in our ability to continue to earn business from the most demanding customers and we want new team members that like to compete and be part of a talented, dedicated team. The position requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a fearless attitude when approaching new prospects and developing sales opportunities. Cold calls to targeted companies comprise the primary responsibility of this position. We provide a world class database of IT contacts and we utilize Salesforce.com as our CRM solution. This position will pair with an Account Manager to develop a territory plan. This plan will pick target accounts and develop a calling plan that will be supplemented with introductory emails. Customers will receive sales training to incorporate our sales methodology and messaging. Applicants who are familiar with Customer Centric Selling are preferred.

  • Communication skills including writing and speaking

  • Phone Skills - prospecting and ability to manage multiple sales campaigns
  • Computer Skills - email, Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint

Compensation Total target compensation will be an excellent retainer plus commission with no cap on earnings potential. This position will be compensated based on the territory quota achievement.
